The DX3000 CL sets a new benchmark for closed-back headphones by bringing together powerful low-end response and spacious mid-high sound without compromising on isolation or detail. Carefully engineered to balance sealed-type depth with open-sounding clarity, this model redefines what you can expect from closed-back performance.

High-Seal Comfort with Natural Openness

Closed-back headphones traditionally prioritize isolation and low-frequency impact. However, excessive low emphasis can smother vocals and tighten the soundstage. The DX3000 CL uses extra-thick 30 mm memory foam ear pads that maintain a secure seal while preserving adequate distance between your ears and the driver. Combined with a low-distortion driver and acoustic design that minimizes internal resonance, this results in rich bass and open, present mid–high frequencies.

Washi + Carbon Composite Diaphragm

The driver’s diaphragm uses a special composite material made by infusing carbon fiber into traditional Japanese Washi paper. This creates a lightweight, rigid, and responsive diaphragm with excellent internal damping. A “free-edge” design allows smooth diaphragm movement for cleaner, low-distortion sound, while a glass-fiber-reinforced resin front plate adds structural rigidity.

Rear Diffuser Array Structure
